Dr. Thomas Garrott began his practice of Dermatology on the Gulf Coast in 1974.  He is board certified in dermatology by The American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of The American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Garrott specializes in general dermatology which includes skin cancers, acne, warts, psoriasis, eczema, rashes, and moles. He graduated from The University of Mississippi Medical Center and received his dermatology training at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center. After serving eight years on active duty with the USAF as a Flight Surgeon and Dermatologist, he opened his private practice. 

 


Dr. Liet N. Le was raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and is a former graduate and Valedictorian from the St. Martin School System. He recently decided to relocate to his hometown to practice Dermatology. Dr. Le attended Tulane University in New Orleans where he studied Cellular Molecular Biology and Asian Studies. Later, Dr. Le attended Tulane School of Medicine and A.B. Freeman School of Business where he received the dual degree MD/MBA. He interned in New Orleans with Tulane’s Internal Medicine Program and also rotated through MCLNO charity hospital system. He was accepted into the Tulane Dermatology program where he completed three years of residency and is now a clinical instructor. He has active memberships with the American Acadamy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatology Surgery.

We are pleased to have Dr. Le join our practice. He treats various skin conditions such as acne, warts, psoriasis, eczema, skin cancers, and rashes. Dr. Le practices medical and surgical dermatology as well as provides a wide range of cosmetic services. He has experience with injecting Botox, Dysport, and several filler injections such as Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse, and Sculptra. He also performs various chemical peels and laser procedures.


Alan Crawford,PA-C is a native of Mississippi who trained at the LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport Louisiana. Alan received his Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies with a focus in Dermatology from the University of Nebraska Physician Assistant Program.  Alan is certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Accreditation of Physician Assistants.  He is licensed by the Mississippi State Board of Medical Licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant.  He has graduate and advanced clinical training in all aspects of Dermatology. PA's diagnose and treat a wide variety of patient complaints including skin cancer, warts, eczema, acne, rashes and moles.  PA's have prescriptive authority in Mississippi as well as 47 other states across the nation.  Alan is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and a fellow member of the Society of Dermatology PA's.  To find out more about Physician Assistants please visit the American Academy of Physician Assistants at AAPA.ORG
